If you are located in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason. This is your legal right under the EU Consumer Rights Directive.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your goods by contacting us at [your contact email]. You then have a further 14 days to return the item(s) to us.

We will issue a full refund — including standard delivery costs — within 14 days of receiving the returned goods, using the same payment method you used for the original purchase. Return shipping costs are your responsibility unless the item is faulty or not as described.

Please note: The right of withdrawal does not apply to personalized or custom-made items, perishable goods, or digital products that have been downloaded.
